Ingredients:
Brocolli- 300 gms
Potato -1
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Onions-1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Steps to prepare:
Wash , rinse and boil brocolli with turmeric and salt in water to remove worms if any.
Drain the brocolli florets and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, then onion and saute for few seconds.
Add brocolli and sliced potato , fry for 4 -5 mins.
Now add the spice powders(red chilli powder,cumin powder, pepper powder,Garam masala) to the veggies and saute for few seconds.
Close the lid and boil it in low flame till the veggies are cooked well.(Add little water)
