Ingredients for Karuveppilai Soup
1 Cup Curry leaves
1 Tomato
2 tsp Butter
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Cloves
1 Cardamom
1 tsp Cumin seeds
10 to 12 Pepper
5 Garlic
7 to 8 Small Onions
2 tsp of Toor dhal & Moong dhal(Soak for 15 mins)
Method for Karuveppilai Soup
1. Heat a pan & add 2 tsp of Butter
2. Add Cinnamon Sticks,Cloves,Cardamom,Small onions,Garlic & Pepper
3. Add Cumin seeds,cut tomato & soaked dhal
4. Add Curry leaves,Turmeric powder,Salt & 3 glass of water
5. Pressure cook it for 3 Whistles
6. After it cools down, strain Curryleaves,dhal and Grind it to a smooth paste
7. Starin the paste into cooked Mixture.
8. Let it boil for 5 mins
9. Add Crushed pepper and serve it hot
