A Colourful, creamy and rich dessert recipe made with milk, rose syrup, dry fruits and with seasonal fruits is Royal Falooda. It tastes great when good quality rooh afza is used.
Ingredients
1 tsp sabja seeds / falooda seeds
½ cup falooda sev or Vermicelli.
2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup rooz afza / rose syrup
1 cup strawberry Jelly, vegetarian
2 scoop Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream
2 tsp tutti fruti
2 tsp chopped nuts
2 tsp Chopped Fruits
Method
1. In a glass add 2 tsp rooh afza or rose syrup
2. Next, add 2 tsp soaked sabja seeds
3. Add 2 tbsp cooked falooda sev or Vermicelli
4. Pour 1 cup of chilled milk and stir gently.
5. Add 2 tsp of Jelly without spilling.
6. Add in a scoop of vanilla or Strawberry ice cream.
7. Top with 1 tsp of tutti frutti &1 tsp chopped nuts.
8. Add 1 tsp of rooh afza
Now, Very Cool Royal Falooda ready
