Basundhi

Basundhi is basically delicious thickened sweet milk that has been garnished with dry nuts. it is little time consuming recipe.but,worthfor spending time


Ingredients

Milk - 1 litre

Sugar - 1/4 cup

Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp

Saffron milk - 3 tsp

Few sliced badam & Pista





Method

1.The milk and continue stirring till it reduces it to half

2.Keep the flame in medium

3.Add Cardamom Powder and Saffron milk with little sliced nuts

4.Once the milk reduces add sugar and let it boil

5.Switch off the flame

6.Let it cool down for room temperature

7. Refridgerate before serving & garnish with nuts

Chilled basundhi is ready to serve
