Ingredients:
Beetroot-2
Besan flour/kadalai maavu-1/4 cup
Chili powder-1 tsp
salt- as required
Steps to prepare:
1. wash and peel the beetroot skin and cut them into slices
2.Make a hole at the center and cut as a ring shape. prepare the same for the other beetroot.
3.Take a bowl, add besan powder, chilli powder and salt.
4.Add water little by little,mix well and prepare batter(not too thin/not too thick) without any lumps.
5. Add the rings to the batter and start frying.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the beetroot rings in medium flame.
7.Fry till golden brown.
Serve Hot!
