In this blog,we have explained how to do condensed milk easily at home.
IMPORTANT TIPS while preparing condensed milk:
1. Too much sugar will form crystals to the condensed milk, so correct amount of sugar will form thick condensed milk.
2.Thickness of the milk while boiling is very important for condensed milk, milk should not be too thick while boiling so that condensed milk will become hard.
Ingredients:
Milk-500 ml
Sugar- 100 gms
Baking soda- 2 pinch
Method:
Heat a pan and add milk to it
Allow milk to boil and Once the milk is boiled, add sugar.
Allow the sugar to dissolve, keep on stirring.
Once the milk is reduced and color is turned to pale yellow, add baking soda.
Bubbles will be formed, keep stirring continuously else crystals will be formed in
condensed milk.
6. Milk will thicken as like "Condensed Milk"
Cool down and make use of the delicious condensed milk
