Cream of Mushroom soup| Restaurant Style |Appetizer

Soup has so many benefits, Mushroom is rich in all the nutrients and when served as a restaurant style soup is a great appetizer !.




Ingredients:

Butter- 2 tsp

Water-2 cups

Milk -1 cup

Maida /wheat flour-2 tsp

Big onion -1

Garlic-7 no’s

Green chilli -1/2

Mushroom - 1 cup


Steps to prepare:

1. Heat a pan, add butter and Sauté until melts



2. Sauté onion,garlic, green chilli until golden brown

3. Now add mushrooms and sauté well until water dries out



4. Now add flour(all-purpose/wheat) and Sauté until raw smell leaves

5. Add water and allow to boil for 5 to 10 mins until mushroom is cooked well

6. Add salt and pepper

7. Add milk and boil till the soup thickens

Serve Hot and Enjoy the restaurant style "Cream of Mushroom Soup"
