Fish Fingers | Fish Finger recipe | How to make Fish finger in Tamil | Crispy Fish Finger recipe

Fish Finger is an amazing party starter recipe.

It can be Served with Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise or any dip of your choice.




Ingredients:

Any Fish - 300 gms kg(Cut into Finger Size)

Lemon juice - 1/2 no.

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Egg - 1 no.

All purpose flour/Maida - 2 to 3 Tbsp

Bread crumbs- 3 nos


Method:

1. Wash and clean the fish , Cut the fish to finger size pieces

2. Mix lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt & pepper powder

3. Add egg and maida. Mix well to coat all over the pieces.

4. Let it marinate for 30 minutes

5. Roll it over bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown in color


Fish Fingers is ready to serve !.
