Ingredients:
1 cup Black Chana
2 Potatoes
1 finely chopped Big Onion
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Chat masala powder
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 tsp Salt
Steps to follow:
1. Wash & Soak Chana for 4 to 5 hrs
2. Pressure cook Chana & 2 peeled potatoes for 3 Whistles
3. Drain the water completely from Chana
4. Grind only Chana Coarsely
5. Mix smashed potatoes with grinded chana
6. Now,mix all ingredients without water
7. Make it into desirable shapes
8. Refridgerate for half an hour
9. Do a shallow fry or deep fry
10. serve hot with Sauce
