Most of the favorite snack is potato chips from kid's to adult. Making potato chips at home is really easy and fun to add flavours.
They are much healthier than packed snack with out adding any preservatives
Ingredients
3 Potatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tsp Basen Powder
2 tsp Rice Powder
Steps to follow
1.Peel & Wash the Potatoes
2. Cut into Slices
3. Cut it into long Strips and Wash it twice
4. Drain it Completely
5. First, mix with ginger garlic paste
6. Add all Masala powder's (note: mix salt & chilly powder before adding into cut potatoes)
7. Add Rice Powder
8.Add Basen Powder
9. Mix it Well
10. Deep fry with few Curry Leaves
