Ingredients
2 Cup Idly Rice
1 Cup Chana Dhal
1/2 Cup Toor Dhal
1/4 Cup Urad Dhal
4 Red Chilly
4 Gloves
1 Inch Ginger
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Cup Grated Carrot
1 Cup Finely Chopped Big Onion
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Salt
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
Method
1. Wash and Soak Rice,Chana dhal,Toor dhal & Urad dhal
2. Add Red Chilly, Gloves, Ginger & fennel Seeds and soak for 4hrs
3. Grind it to batter consistency add salt,Turmeric powder & Asafoetida
4. Add Carrot,Onion & Coriander leaves
5. Heat a Dosa pan, Spread dosa batter and add sesame oil
6. Leave it to cook well and leave it till crispy
"Now, Crispy Adai is ready"
