Mutton Kothu Idly Fry

Kothu idly is new invention in our Kitchen for singapengalin samaiyal. Really Really amazing recipe.Idly with Mutton gravy is always delicious.In this recipe, with same Idly and mutton combination but with some diffrence in Making.Don't miss this recipe to make magic in your Kitchen.




Ingredients:


4 Idly

150 gms Mutton into small cubes

1 Medium Size Big Onion

1 Small Tomato

2 Green Chilly

1 Egg

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper & Salt

1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic

1 tsp Mutton Masala Powder

1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Few Curry Leaves & Coriander leaves


Method


1.In a bowl,break the egg add Garam masala powder,salt and pepper

2.Mix Nicely and scramble the masala egg.keep it aside

3.In a pan,heat a Oil add Onion,Green chillies and Ginger Garlic Paste

4.Saute nicely till raw smell goes

5.Add Mutton,saute for 2 minutes and Salt,Garam masala powder, Mutton masala powder and Turmeric Powder

6.Add Water and boil it till Mutton cooks or pressure cook it

7.Once the Mutton Cooks add idlies and mix gently.

8.Now,add Scrambled Egg and Garnish with Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
