Mutton Sukka

Mutton Sukka with Rasam , White Rice or Curd rice is a happy and delicious meal.

This recipe is so simple but gives a extraordinary taste with few ingredients.



Ingredients


250 grams mutton with bone(small pieces)

10 to 12 Small onions chopped

2 sprigs Curry leaves

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 Green chilies, chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Red chilli powder

1 tsp Pepper powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Cumin seeds

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

5 to 6 Red Chilly


Method


1. In a Pressure cooker add Mutton with salt & Turmeric Powder

2. Small onions, 3 Red chilly, Cumin Seeds & Fennel Seeds

3. Add some water and leave it for 3 to 4 whistles

4. Heat a pan,add oil when it heats up add Onions,ginger garlic paste,green & red chillies and saute nicely till raw smell goes.

5. Add salt, Boiled Mutton and add all masala powder's and saute nicely till it gets roasted.

6. Add Curry leaves.Switch off the flame


Now,Very hot and delicious Mutton Sukka ready
