Ingredients
1 Cup Palada
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 litre Milk
2 - 3 tsp of Condensed Milk
1 Cardamon
Steps to follow
1.Boil the water and soak the washed paladai for 20 mins.
2.Mean while,boil 1/2 litre milk and leave it till the milk thickens and reduce it to half.
3.Transfer the Milk into the Cooker.
4. After 20 mins, rinse the paladai in cold water for 2-3 times.
5. Now, add the sugar to the thickend milk.
6. Mix it well till the sugar gets dissolve completely.
7. Now add the soaked,rinsed and cooked paladai to the cooker.
8. Close the cooker and cook in low flame for 15 to 20 mins.
9. For pink paladai, add 3 to 4 tsp of sugar to the heated pan.
10. After Stirring Continuously, Sugar will change it into pink Colour.
11.Now sugar is Caramelised, pour it into Cooked Adai Pradhaman.
12.Add 2 - 3 tsp Condensed milk.
13.Add Cardamom and serve with fried Cashes.
14. Now,delicious Pink Colour Adai Pradhaman Ready.
