It's a magic recipe,without much spices the recipe makes wonders to chicken.Such a fast and easy chicken recipe which taste so delicious. It is a good combination with plain rice or rasam rice. Really spicy and lip smackingly delicious chicken masala roast.

Ingredients
500 gms of Chicken
3 Big Onion (finely Chopped)
10 to 12 Small Onions
8 to 10 Garlic pods
10 to 12 Red Chilly
3 tsp of Cut Coconut Pieces
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Chilly Powder (or) 1 tsp Chilly Sauce
Required amount of Salt
Few Curry leaves

Steps to Follow
1. Heat a pan & add Oil. Once pan is hot add 2 tsp of oil.
2. Add finely Chopped Big onion and saute nicely.
3. Grind Small Onion & Garlic into fine paste.
4. Add Grinded paste into pan and fry it nicely.
5. After frying it nicely add red chilly ( make it into small pieces & remove the seeds).
6. Fry red chillies and add Coconut pieces.
7. Add cleaned Chicken with salt, Turmeric powder,Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder & Mix well.
8. Don't add water.Close the lid and keep it for sometime.
9. Water will come out from Chicken.Fry nicely till the water dries & add Curry leaves.
10.Garnish with Coriander leaves
