Ingredients
2 Cup Basmati Rice
1 Cup Paneer
1 Cup Mint
1 Big Onion Sliced
2 Bay leaf
2 Cinnamon small sticks
3 Cloves
1 Star anise
1 tsp Cumin seeds
4 Green Chilly
Method
1.In a pan, add Oil & 1 tsp Ghee
2.Wash and soak Rice for half an hour
3.Add bay leaf, Cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves and cumin seeds
4.Add Sliced Onion and green chilies into golden brown
5.Fry Paneer into golden brown
6.Add Rice and Salt mix well
7.Now, add water and mint.
8.Keep it for 2 Whistles in medium flame
Now, yummy Paneer Puloa ready
