Ingredients:
Idly
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Oil
3 Red Chillies
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Urad dhal
3 tsp Idly Podi
1/4 Asafoetida
few Curry Leaves
Method
1. Heat a pan, add Oil & ghee
2. Add Mustard seeds,urad dhal and red chillies
3. Add Curry leaves and cut idlies into pan and fry idlies till it turns Crispy
4. Now,add Idly podi and mix well
5. Add salt & Asafoetida
6. Add Half spoon ghee and switch off the flame.
Now,Crispy and Yummy Podi Idly ready
