Ingredients
200gm of red pumpkin
1tsp Chilly powder
1tsp Garam Masala Powder
1tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
1tsp Oil
2tsp Rice powder
oil for deep fry
Method
1.Peel the skin and wash nicely
2.Cut it into slices and again into long strips
3.Add masala powder with oil
4.Mix it well
5.Heat a pan and deep fry it
6.Continuously fry it otherwise it will become soggy
7.Now,hot & Crispy chips ready to eat
