Ingredients
Raw Rice/Pacharisi- 1 cup
Idly Rice- 1 cup
Ulundhu-1/2 cup
Vendhayam-3 tsp
Kavuni Arisi- 1 cup
Steps to prepare:
1. Soak everything for 4 hours
2. Blend together , add salt and mix well.
3. Heat dosa tava and pour the batter.
4. Drizzle oil and cook in medium flame.
Serve the hot dosa !
