Thatukadai Cauliflower Fry

Ingredients:

For Boiling Cauliflower Florets:

Cauliflower- 2 cups

water-4-5 cups

Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp

Salt- 1/4 tsp


For Marination:

Fennel seeds -1 tsp

coriander powder- 1 tsp

Ginger garlic- 1tsp

Red Chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp

Tomato ketchup-2 tsp

Soya sauce-1 tsp

Lemon Juice-2 tsp

Corn flour-1 cup

Water-4 -5 tsp to mix well

salt as needed


Steps to prepare:

  1. Wash and boil the cauliflower florets in boiling water for 2-3 seconds.(Donot boil it too much)



2. Mix the ingredients for marination and form a paste (not too thin /not too thick)

3.Rest aside for 30 minutes.



4.Boil Oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower florets in medium flame.


Crispy Thatukadai Cauliflower is ready to serve as a starter /snack.
