Soup has so many benefits, This Soup is a great immunity booster and acts as a natural remedy for fever and cold. Prevents respiratory infections.
Ingredients:
Thoothuvalai leaves-1 cup
Small onions -10 nos
Garlic -5 nos
Ginger-1/4 inch
cumin seeds- 1 tsp
coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
Pepper as required
Salt as required
Steps to prepare:
1. Heat a pan and add a tsp of ghee
2. Add onions , garlic , ginger and sauté well
3. Now add cumin seeds, thoothuvalai leaves and saute till cooked well
4. Add coriander leaves and saute till raw smell leaves off.
5.Once it cools down, blend it in a jar.
6.Transfer it to a kadai , add enough water, Add salt & pepper
7. Boil in medium flame for 10- 15 mins.
