Vazhakai Fish Fry

Vazhakai is rich in Protein.It can be cooked in different recipes.It will go well

with Rasam rice,curd rice and dhal



Ingredients


Vazhakai 1

2 tsp rice powder

1 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Chicken Masala

1 tsp Oil

1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste


Method


1. Wash and peel Vazhakai

2. Cut it into Slices and add salt

3. Boil it for 2 mins

4. In a Bowl, 2 tsp rice flour,1 tsp Chilli Powder,add salt,

1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,1 tsp Cumin powder,1 tsp Chicken Masala powder,

add 1 tsp oil and mix it well with water

5. Marinate Vazhakai and rest it for 1 hr



6. Roast it in dosa Tawa


Now,Vazhakai fry is ready
